I know of many many people that installed it on their Zune. So I assume that you did something wrong.
You need to have installed Visual C#, XNA Game Studio 3.0 CTP and the Zune Software. Then open the solution file of 4ToWin (the one that ends with .sln) and be sure you selected the Zune as target platform. Compiling and deploying it should work then.
