I think this is the only way how Mortal Kombat should end. From the very begining Kitana and her parents were betrayed by Shao Khao and Shang Tsung. When she grew up, she got to know all truth about her Royal Family and her origin. She had nothing to do, but to avenge, and she succeeded. Now Kitana rules Edenia together with her loyal friends, as it must be.
