It's called 燃えろ！熱血リズム魂. (Moero! Nekketsu Rhythm Damashii). This is the second game. The first game is 押忍！闘え！応援団 (Osu! Tatake! Ouendan!) And the cheer girls is the hardest difficulty so you would have to beat the game in regular and hard then you would be able to play as the cheer girls.
