Beautiful job guys! I live in a straw bale home i built in Ontario Canada and just loved the plastering. You can add in your own touch of character if you wish, it is so versatile. I used Eco house Paint (silica dispersion paint) and then a clear coat that basically gives it the equivalent of a 'gortex' finish. Well done, from Eco Straw House!

Hay have you or do you know where to get a mortor sprayer? I have been looking for one and the only thing I can find is a drywall spray rig. And a real motor sprayer is about 15.000 dollars

you dont need to use any mesh what so ever, why dont you try using a mortar sprayer, this will give it a much better 1st coat.
