ok just to let everyone know those type of jobs that you answer the phone get trained to keep the customers money soo in a way the aol guy was doing his job and ya i have worked at that kind of job and it really sucks when you lose a job that they train you to do that soo ya

I actually love using AOL but I have the free version which doesn't include some features liek real-time phone or IM cust. support. You can also use the settings function to select yourself which level, if any, of paid-AOL you want to use too!
