Nice video, I want to come down and ride the dragon and I was looking at cherohala and blue ridge aswell. But after seeing all these cops i dont know if its worth the hassle of stopping all the time or having to watch my back for squids and LEOs.

After you passed the second LEO checkpoint and they waved you on...... I loved the sound I heard of you knocking on your helmet to warn the other oncomming motorcyclist of the police prescense!!!!!!!! KewL vid I am planning on doing the dragons tail in a few weeks mainly to see the changing of the seasons...... I been in Florida about 14 years now and miss the changing of the leaves im stoked cant wait........... Locals beware another squid on the way lmfao!!!!

Thank you, Paul. I'm studying law enforcement and the biggest gripe I get from friends and family is why is this law the way it is IE: speed limits why are they so low? I enforce the laws, not make them. I'm glad someone around here appreciate the hard work the Law Enforcement Officials do on a daily basis.

So what happened to courtesy? When you see someone coming up behind you, as did this guy. Move over and signal them past you. I do it all the time. The guys on wings had plenty of space and time, I doubt that the video gives a good representation of the actual situation. As for the guy that posted this, shame on you, get the hell out of the way. You want to play film director, get your slow ass off the road. I bet he was talking on his cell phone too.

Do the math. If their closing speed each direction where as high as 50 miles per hour (and I doubt it is) and you take the time for the oncoming traffic to pass the sport bike that was passed by the wings, the elapsed time is 4 seconds. That means that the wings missed the oncoming traffic by 586 feet. Nearly 2 football fields. Not even close.

I love this video. It shows that if you aren't doing anything wrong the cops leave you alone. The whole reason for their strong (some might say annoying) presense is because there are soooo many idiots. Just doing their job and very professional to boot.
