This whole thing was so ridiculous. What a letdown.

Even before the 'truth' about the commercial came out, I found this clip particularly odd. I mean, the interviewer was very... not professional sounding and the actor was really just avoid questions and using very odd words.
Still, it's very mean of LG to play around with people like this. The commercials make me want to watch a TV series, not buy a TV. =/

Mystery Solved
-Company representatives from Red when interviewed, mention in each interview, how it will change television, as well as cinema movies, commercials, etc.
-The red eye that is emphasized on "Scarlet" the character is used to denote the sensor found on the front of cameras made by Red Digital.
-Also when you go to the homepage of the Scarlet TV site you will notice the circular red graphics used which very closely resemble the sensor mounted on the front of the cameras.
