[Request] Plesioth with True Devil Slicer

Hello !
This was a request from runesapien.
He asked me a guide for the plesioth with a true devil slicer.
I had some trouble doing it at the beginning ^^' It's not easy pal, I understand why you asked for it ^^

So well, the basic tactic is to lure him into a long-ranged fight, but when he prepares for the water jet, you come hitting his left leg.
Then you roll on his side, and if possible, his back too.
This way you will evade the upcoming hip check. he will most likely do it everytime, so just prepare for it.
And in case it is a tail spin, if you have time, roll under his stomach, if not... jump, or try to roll under the tail. It is not easy, but doable.
When he falls down, hit him as much as you can, or if you need to sharpen/heal, use this time.
His weakspot is his stomach, but since you can't block, it's not a good idea to aim for it.
Except in one situation : if you're under his stomach and he starts a tail spin attack. Since he turns twice, you'll have some time to hit the belly ^^

I wish I could have show you the whole fight though -_-.

where did you find the carbalite ore and the other ore that is needed to upgrade devil slicer to true devil slicer

@cmonryan I already answered this to Nglhsan (it is the first comment on the page).

You can get carbalite and the other from the mining point+2 or from HR4+ quests in the gathering hall.

@NgIhsan Why would I ? There is no point in making fun of someone just because he is new to something. Every veteran was a newb first :) (the ones that use the word as an insult are the real noobs xD)

As for carbalite, if you have it you can mine a good amount from pokke farm's mining point+2, or you could get it in HR4+ volcano (gathering hall). There are other ways, but a bit slower

I want that Rathian armor as well, I'm HR as well right now, rocking the true devil slicer, with Cenetaur armor and some Jewels to make the best out of it. Where did u get the Rathian ruby's? ... aren't those like REALLY rare?

@massimas7 they are ! I killed a lot of Rathians for them :) ( and did the same again with G ranked rathians for divine plates )

Would this method work out on the HR5 Green Plesioth by wearing Rathian S armor set? I keep dying and getting frustrated at the damn quest LOL. Everytime at 16 minutes i run out of potion items and Im stuck with alot of dodging and having to rely on my Felyne to heal me or I have to run away to the camp to sleep heal

@The1Awesome1 i just did that today! shit..it was hard i had to repeat the quest 4 times..to get it,,,its just from the high rank khezu in the guild quests
