Cardio in the BRONX

Ok, this is what i do to make them drop the pounds fast!!!! we go around the block 3xs , it takes them 5min each time, and its hard as hell, the street goes up, then down , incline decline, the cardio part of this is crazy!! i kid you nott, then we get on the spin bike right after this!! ok?
