I wish we didn't kill these people through the eyes of a historian looks at tearing down an old building. This tears at the other half of me that knows they need to pay for what they did but still think we could have learned from studying their minds. The sad truth (or what I believe) is that he probably wouldn't have been so truthful if he wasn't facing death and most don't even fully confess until right before their end. I wouldn't hurt a fly and its weird how fascinating this all is to me.

He cried and begged for his life as he was executed. I'm not a supporter of the death penalty...but I'm not shedding a tear over Teddy boy. He went out the way he played while he was in the game...a coward.

Unless you are against the death penalty period I can not fathom how one feels he should have been spared and studied. He was a psychotic narcissist and a habitual liar. His last interviews, statements, and confession are evidence of this. There is no opportunity for insight in his situation because he would say almost anything to remain in the spotlight. I don't think he really understood why he was compelled to kill or why he enjoyed it so much.

He got off allot easier than his victims did.

I dunno i watched the ted buny movie and his last hours were so disturbing... like putting cotton balls up his ass and then a nappy on and then strap to the chair shave his head ect.FUCK THAT ,FUCK THAT! i know his done bad bad shit thats evil!! but i dunno that electric stuff just rubs me the wrong way.....i have to be honest...

I too believe that criminal justice and forensic psychology could have benefitted greatly from more extensive interviewing from Bundy; but true it is that he would not have said a word if he hadn't been on his deathbed.

I thought that there was some talk about keeping sections of his brain for study? But anyway he would not I believed have confessed if he had'nt given in to the fact that he knew that i was over for him. He almost speaks in a tone as if he's talking about the weather. If you're not paying attention you would'nt even realize that he's even talking about murder.
