How to jailbreak 2.0.1 real way on Windows

Okay here is step by step directions if you didn't get wat I just said.

1. Get 2.0.1 from itunes. Just plug up your ipod and click check for update.

2. Get the new winpwn: http://rapidshare.com/files/136074645/winpwn_2.0.0.4_Setup.zip.html

If you have an older version of winpwn (2.0.0.3 or lower) Then go to start, control panel, add or remove programs.
Then delete it and install the new version Once you have the newer version on restart your com

3. Download the 2.0.1 restore

Ipod touch/iphone: http://www.felixbruns.de/iPod/firmware/

MAKE SURE YOU CHOOSE THE CORRECT ONES

IF you have ipod get ipod 2.0.1 if you got iphone then iphone 2.0.1 restore

4. Go to Winpwn and plug your ipod in. Then click Browse .ipsw
REMEMBER TO SAVE YOU 2.0.1 REESTORE TO YOUR DESKTOP!
Open the 2.0.1 file and then click Ipsw builder
Build your ipod custom restore and save it to the desktop.
This will take a while.
Then press Ipwner

5. Put your ipod in dfu by first turning it off. Then Hold the power and home button for 10 seconds. Then Hold only the home button by just releasing the power button Hold the home button until itunes picks it up. IF YOU SET THE SETTINGS TO MANUALLY GO TO ITUNES WHEN IPOD IS PLUGGED, THEN GO TO ITUNES FIRST THEN DO THE DFU MODE

6. Shift+click restore then click on your custom restore.



There you have it!

just to let you know jailbreaking is not installing a fricken app that acts like a second itunes, failbreaking is very fine and hard hacking that takes a long time to actualy learn not for you 12 year olds.. and heres a hint of what jailbreaking actualy does.

jail breaking is making the i-pod so when surfing on the app store for example when you see an app for 0.99$ then you download and install but since your i-pod is jail broken it slips by the system giving you a free app. now peace dumbass.
