If you guys like Philosophy check out Alan Watts, you won't be let down I've almost become completely liberated from this cycle, I'm going to India soon so that I can find someone who can help me completely see past the illusion of the ego.. you wont be disappointed he completely changed my life and my limited way of thinking

I don't agree with everything Terrance McKenna says by a long shot, but man, he hit the nail on the head with this.

The sad thing is that work (that you do to pay the bills & get benefits) + TV + media + whatever you 'have' to do = no time to find out what he's talking about. I wish everyone could (or would) have one month to spend in a cabin in the woods, with peace and quiet, minimal amenities and no media or phone at hand. Strange things happen - you come alive!

I got an idea, I am not saying this is the way it has to be, but it's a pretty good idea in my opinion. We'd rely on each other, on every one we know, every one we don't know, and the rest of the world. We'd survive pretty much like we do now, except imagine no money. And every one is doing everything because they enjoy it, not because they "need" to.
