These spectacular blossoms in the wilderness colour the landscape in every imaginable colour. These images were taken in and around Lake Tekapo Mt Cook National Park and Lake Manapouri in December.

I absolutely adore lupins... unfortunately it's too hot where I live, as you know they like the cold weather... so I have to go to NZ to see them in all their glory... acres and acres of them.
