Wonderful performance! I found it both technically flawless and musically engaging. Brava!
I'm just introducing myself to Muczynski's music; I think it's incredible. He's sometimes reminiscent of Bartok, and often uses jazz harmonies more daringly than Gerswhin or Bernstein. I'm particularly fond of the harmonic language particular to him, though, a sort of open dissonance.
I am thinking about learning his Suite Op. 13, but your performance is a convincing argument for the preludes! Thanks!
