Oster Fusion blender salsa recipe making

Here's my Oster Fusion blender I bought a month or so back. Normally I wouldn't buy a new blender but this one was intriguing because of it's reversing blades. There are two reversng programs, one slow one for food chopping which I'm showing in the video and a high speed one for icy drinks and milkshakes etc. The machine starts of slowly and speeds up then shuts off automatically when it's supposedly done. It works quite well. Of course you have to adjust your ingredients and do a little pre-chopping but overall I like it. For example if you want a chunkier salsa use firmer tomatoes and less oil and lemon juice etc.

I thought the salsa was gonna be chunkier. That looked more like a vegetable soup (which I wouldn't mind having right now). LOL

Is there any way that you can stop it in the middle of it's chopping/blending to make a more chunky salsa?

I should have used less lemon juice and oil. it would have come out chunkier. You can stop it at anytime.. Maybe I should have called it Picante Sauce.
