They Both Wrote Good Songs, Played Guitar & Sang Good.The Music Business Has Changed So Much Since These Guys Beat The System But, The Truth Is They Forever Changed The Way The Music Business Does Things. I Used To Do This One When I Tried Out With Several Bands & It Always Was A Favorite Of Everyones. The People Used To Call For It.I Sing It When I Do A Singles Gig, Open Mics Etc.. The Outlaws Never Seem To Get Old Those Die Hard Country Fans Always Get Into The Outlaws!
This Is One Of My Favorites Of Theirs & As Always I Did It My Way But, Didn't Change Up Too Much. In My Opinion We Need Another Outlaw Movement The Musics Getting Way Off Course. Waylon, Merle, Willie, Jones Etc. You Know When They Come On Who They Are & Their Music Will Never Die.Sometimes Today It's Sometimes Hard To Distinguish Whos Who.
