What he doesn't take into account is that by cutting spending we also cut the amount of money we go through per day. This makes his graphs off after 13:30 .

Good idea. We may need Tony in the White House some day. First state of the Union done walking with a headset, "Say, I."

So many are "Reacting" to this situation rather than "Responding" to it. We need critical thinking on this subject and identify the underlying causes, trying to stay clear of blame; take the information and have the incredible minds we have at our disposal and come up with solutions....

Democrats? Plural? The Democrats fought AGAINST that balanced budget and Clinton signed it grudgingly after being POUNDED in the mid-terms.

Google "No, Bill Clinton Didn’t Balance the Budget" and look for the Article at the non-partisan Cato Institute since you don't seem to know the history.

Democrats AND Republicans created this mess, and yet people expect these crooks to look for a solution to the problem. How about YOU look into alternatives, e.g. Libertarians, Independents, ... Stop re-electing the crooks and maybe we start seeing some different results.

You know what they say about people that do the same thing over and over again, expecting different results. Do you?

Why do so many keep pretending that the Democrats did not balance the budget?

We our where we are because of all of these erroneous projections and flawed economic models that Republicans have held us hostage to. The solutions are simple; do what we did before (during the Clinton era) which worked (regulate properly, though so these bubbles aren't constantly a problem.)

Why do so many keep pretending that the Democrats did not balance the budget; that Clinton era did NOT leave us with a deficit problem?

We are where we are because of all of these erroneous projections and flawed economic models that Republicans have held us hostage to and their insistence on sabotaging all plans that might succeed . The solutions are simple; do what we did before (during the Clinton era) which worked (regulate properly, though so these bubbles aren't constantly a problem.)
