It's a great fanvid, nice creepy atmosphere, and fairly good pacing with th images. That said, I think that you could go a little slower with the text, the quickness makes it a bit hard to read...

the song is the intro track on good charlotte's album, the chronicles of life and death. i think it's called the battle of life and death, or something similar.
