Sad to say, the culprit of this death is the contractor. These guys are also migrant workers who gather up a bunch of people who want to work. The contractor gets a ton of money for the contract and pays by the box to these poor employees. It is sad cause it is our own people who are doing this shit to our paisanos. I know all of this cause I see this first hand. Im an work comp auditor, and this is just a sample of the shit that goes on in the fields.
