  • This is NOT Gae Baek Tul. Gae Baek is a tul who belongs to Taekwon-do ITF. Created by Gral Choi.

  • @tukero This isn't ITF, it's ITA

  • Gae Baek? really? why is it so similar to the wtf form taebaek idk im not ita im wtf but still just sounds a little close to it. but its cool form but it really doesnt matter i mean we all do taekwondo, just some of us do different styles of it

  • I go to ita to

  • That's my pattern to but I finish mine at the elbow smash and I have the same tiger patch

  • at this point in your form, stance is everything.

  • This is not the Gae-Baek what Gral. Choi Hong Hi ( Father of Taekwon-do) create for the 24 tuls of ITF TAEKWON-DO...

  • watch jaroslaw suska doing this pattern and see how it should be performed with sine waveit also starts with a parallel stance not a close stance B

  • Good technique, but you need to work on your stances a little more. Remember to square your hips and point your back foot forward during your front stance.
