on the right straight/cross counter make sure you angle to the outside of his right (in this instance), preferably with footwork, so u dont get decked with the left hook, which will undoubtedly follow if the guy is good.

fuck some of this stuff is helpfull especially if you dont train at like a pro gym and they just teach basics and re-enfore them over and over again then branch out a little, ive praticed a lot of this stuff in the mirror and used in it sparring, and is just gives such an edge at a very amertuer levell, alought it always helps to have a reach advantage which i have against most people i sparr

These moves should not be used against an experienced boxer or muay thai fighter. Normally when a striker jabs with their leading hand they stand back and utilize their reach. When someone goes within "clinch range" you will probably be knocked out by a right cross.
