@Knutekritt, somehow I only use regular vinegar or lime juice, instead of epsom salt as coagulant. It works fine. I like to eat tofu as a plain hot soup, with no added salt or sugar. With lime juice, the soup tastes refreshing.

Sir what is the ratio of epsom salt and milk? approximately how many liters of milk?
