  • @Knutekritt, somehow I only use regular vinegar or lime juice, instead of epsom salt as coagulant. It works fine. I like to eat tofu as a plain hot soup, with no added salt or sugar. With lime juice, the soup tastes refreshing.

  • Sir what is the ratio of epsom salt and milk? approximately how many liters of milk?
