Strengthen and sculpt your lower body with this challenging cardio interval.

How To:
Straddle an elevated step. Jump onto the step with both feet and bring your hands up to chest level. Swing your arms back down as you jump off the step and return to the starting position. Repeat for the desired number of reps.
