The Norseman is a 40 foot long, 5860 pound replica of a Leif Ericson Viking Ship. Based in Pennsylvania, the Norseman came to Central Ohio for the annual Viking Festival held in Ashville. The day before the festival, the Norseman was launched from the banks of the Scioto River to give VIPs of the festival a rare experience at sailing a long boat.

Too bad about the Gang Sings at the end! What a crappy way to end the vid. Other than that, it was pretty cool.
HAIL!

@Jonteisyxa For a second there I thought you wrote "I am a horseman" - which led me to believe you had been listening to Scooter - One (always hardcore) a bit too much. :)

@JessieRavenblade Ture, But in Haugesund West Norway they are know building a repica of the Famous Viking ship "Ormen Lange", The ship that belongs to the Norwegian King Olav Trygvasson. That Viking ship can carry 170 men! Its huge for a Viking ship.

Excellent ship...good fun to go out with a bit of living history.
But, I have to agree, that "gangsta" hat and signs really took away the spirit of the thing. Too bad.
