  • they're not really outtakes, they're dailies. Dailies are all the scenes that were shot on a day. At the end of the day the director and editor decide which shots will be used for the actual episode.

  • How were you able to get these btw?

Right before working on Buffy,I worked on the film As Good As It Gets. And then I got called for Buffy.I consider myself very fortunate to have been a part of greatness twice in one year. Three times if you're a fan of Babylon-5. :)

As far as Out of Sight,Out of Mind goes.I don't really remember it ! Was that the invisible girl one ? Hey ! It's been awhile ! :) If so,probably not. As far as the creatures most proud of.I got to say that for the time we had and considering that we were also doing the show Babylon-5 at the same time.I think all the fx work we did on Buffy every week is spot on.And I'm very proud of all of it.

On the Puppet Show my still good friend Rufus Hearn did the puppeteering on that.I've got some very funny story about that but I can't post them on here. I did puppeteering and creature wrangling mostly on Prophecy Girl.As far as John Vulich goes,we have become very good friends. He was great to work for.I just talked to him about 5 days ago and yesterday was his birthday. When I worked for him,he always had great Tom Savini stories to tell us.

I'm impressed! Did you do any puppeteering for the episode 'The puppet show'? that's one of my favourites! Was John Vulich cool to work for? and was there any optic nerve work done in the episode 'out of mind, out of sight', on Cordelia's eyes, or work on Marcie? and most importantly what creature are you proudest of creating or working on?

  • @marmaladekamikaze

I worked for John Vulich at Optic Nerve Studios. We created all the makeups and creatures for Buffy.I also worked on set as a puppeteer.I worked on the first season and left to spend more time with my family.I came back for one episode in season 2.It was the episode called Ted because I wanted to work with John Ritter.

Get out of town! what were you doing? and did you work on many other episodes?
