Thank you so much, I was so lost in my class. My professor just started right away with the topic assuming the class was already familiar with everything. My guess is that maybe the prerequisite for my course would have help but I was a transfer student with only a AAS in Computer Science and supposedly the transferred credit took care of that.
I love the subject, the style of teaching and everything, but does this camera not have a "zoom out" function?? Students don't generally follow lectures by staring intensely at the latest thing written on the board! I find this quite distracting unfortunately...
Freshman taking computer and information science often learn "computer science is not really a science of computers, in the same way that astronomy is not really a science of telescopes." This lecture really drives that point home.
i'm taking this same class in Denver any teacher does not make sense at all.. this guy is just great... there is continuity in his lecture... great job and thank you for posting it!
