I'm Irish, and I find this extremely entertaining. First of all, he is simply pointing out stereotypes that are commonly spread, and have no real hate put into them and doing it in a blatantly humorous manner. Heck, my father has watched this video for the last what...12 years? And he never was interested in Youtube in the first place, he's just smart.

Also, any man can be gay, I thought that particular joke was easy to follow.
