Is that a custom racing gauge setup (multimeter zip-tied to dash)?
Looks like loads of fun. Definitely some interesting (defensive) lines taken. Are there any tire restrictions in this class?

Yes - it's a poor-man's AFR monitor tied into the O2 sensor! Cars are limited to 200 TW or higher tires.
