@1337haKs0r TBS, which owns Adult Swim, created Super Deluxe. TBS did not "buy it out", but folded Super Deluxe into Adult Swim. Then TBS ended Super Deluxe.

im not so much mad for adult swim buying it out as i am that they canned the show. the fanbase for this show is amazingly strong. and this show is hilarious!!!

Turner combined it with Adultswim's website. I think they wanted to boost the hits on both sites with half the cost, so they took some of the more popular series and tacked them onto AS's website...but at what cost? AT WHAT COST?!
