Some other thing, because new things keep popping up in my mind; the reviewer has not compared the write speed on the hard drive models with the SSD models, because then he would have concluded that SSD writing is 2-3 times slower, which is a major issue for many people.

As for the 8 hours run time of the Asus 901; impossible. Under normal use it will use about 4-5 hours, this is confirmed in many reviews. If the reviewer reached 8 hours, then he probably compared apples with oranges, like Linux vs XP, wifi on vs wifi off, different processes in background, different brightness levels, bluetooth on/off, etc.

I also want to mention that the Asus 901 is now more expensive than the Wind, which makes upgrading the battery of the wind to a 6 cell less of an issue. What the reviewer also didn't notice is that the Medio and MSI are basically the same machine...

Unfair result. The Wind might have a shorter run time, it's still comparable to larger laptops. Also with 50% brightness and 50% power mode (still very good to work with), you easily reach 3-4 hours. Also remember that you do get a 80GB hard drive, a major pro for many users, as is the 10" screen (bigger than 901 asus) and excellent keyboard, none of it that was noticed by the reviewer.
