Everyone needs to chill. Without the developers using each other's tech, we wouldn't even have the cool stuff that we have now. Thats what science is. Collaborating w/ other people to make things better and more convenient for the people.

For fucks sake. The computer is not from microsoft, its from hp. The only thing microsoft did is add touch capabilities to the OS. How is that copying apple? It not as if you couldn't have touch with Vista, or that touch was created by Apple

windows it was the first os with 1 touch aple made i phoe with 2 touch in the same time..and after that microsoft make windows vista and windows 7 with 54 touch in the same time

Take note: I don't really like Microsoft either, but at least Microsoft doesn't have to put "i" in front of everything, have everything be polished white, and talk about the "Mac community." Note to all Mac users, that is cool is you like your computers, but don't ever let someone tell you that makes you part of a community. It is a computer.

First off, multi touch has been being worked on way before Apple released that phone/media device. They did not invent the technology. They went and found someone to help them get it to work in their phone.
Second, I don't care if Microsoft DID directly plagiarize Apple and put it in one on their products, I would use a Microsoft product over a snobby Apple one any day.

Multitouch screens were around before the ipod touch... Microsoft is just the first to fully impliment it into a desktop OS.
