@nhand42 agree so much

I like that he's quick. Too many youtube videos blabber on for minutes before getting to the point. Not this guy. Thumbs up.

That may be the most helpful expert village video. But it was still a horrible how to video
-
@kotapaka oh no I broke my headset, well I'll just have to buy another $1000 fork

does anyone know how to take off a threaded headset..?
or does anyone know if there's a video on how to take it apart..?
-
This is a bit quick, but far easier to understand than a lot of videos out there.

all you need is a piece of pipe just smaller than the inner diameter of the headset, cut 2 slots in the shape of a cross down the length of the pipe about 2 inches bend out a bit so its just wider than the inside of a headset. And bobs your uncle and you have your 'special' tool
-
do you have any other way to remove the bearing cups beside with that fancy tool because i cant get them out with a screwdriver and i dont have that tool:(
-
Good advice. Hammer and a flat head screwdriver. Naturally it's not recommended. Can't sell a specialized tool that way.
dude, slow down. it's not a race.

I don't know about you guys but I have the feeling that the bike industry makes all those different parts on purpose so they can make money out of the tools as well. And the parts are not even different - they just require different tools. I'm a bit sick of this.
