the video often refers to the sytemj transfering data through the body ... this is not true the hand on the table is just a gesture which initiates the comunication of blue tooth data transfer.... think about it ...has your camera got a casing that allows data to transfer through your body? ...i know mine is just plastic

woah that is really awesome, But the only problem is having projectors overhead, it would be better if the interface was combined with Microsoft Surface

This was a research project done by one person inside of Sony 8 years prior to Microsoft Surface. No kidding Surface is more refined than this - but also consider Surface is a huge and heavy piece of furniture. This is elegant and portable.

The design of this system is intended to be portable. That way it can be easily used on any surface. It's not integrated with furniture or infrastructure. Occlusion is a problem though.
