  • I love your videos. I fell in love with the Bazill Embossed-like paper. Michael's is definitely within my budget ;). I usually hit the one dollar bins or the clearance isle bout of course I browse the entire scrapbook isles as well.

  • I'm so glad you're enjoying the videos! I love that Bazzill Swiss Dot paper, too. It is awesome! Happy crafting!

  • I wish there was a Michael's by me I loved the mini chipboard books. You do have a good hubby mine will go with me to hobby lobby but he will go to the painting area sent he is a sign painter and look at the brushes. so I shop alone:(

  • Yes, I know I have a good husband! He is also very nice and he is very, VERY patient.

    Thanks for watching!

  • Lol! I left the comment before I finished the video. I also got the Bazzill Dotted Swiss (Swiss dots?) paper pad - so cool. I was also tempted with the AC pearl and ended up getting the foil.

Funny about your DH. He must know he is in a small crowd. My DH finds it excruciating to go with me to Michael's. I don't know if he'd opt for a root canal instead but it's a pretty close call!!

  • That Bazzill cardstock is so cool -- I can't wait to use it for something! Those dots will add great texture to a project.

I haven't seen/used the AC cardstock -- is it nice quality? I like heavier cardstock that are solid color through and through -- not a fan of the white cores.

  • Yes, they were just a dollar each! I think they have great shapes. They're branded Crayola/Colorbox so it looks like they worked together on them. In my Michael's they were in the "Seasonal" section, which is also where they put all their clearance stuff in between holidays.

I also think the Colorbok "Friendly Forest" line is adorable, but I have a bunch of Sassafras Lass paper in my stash with deer & other critters, so I took a pass on it. It was tempting, though!

  • Oh, I love those little chipboard mini books. A dollar?! I have to check those out. I hope they are still on sale today. I went and got a bunch of Friendly Forest, Colorbok, oh so cute. TFS!

  • Ooops -- sorry! Thanks for watching!

  • I am trying to "michael detox", oh well one more trip!!!!
