I would like to think that I'm in great shape. To increase the difficulty I fast forward through the breaks only giving myself about 15 secs between each exercise. Hopefully I'll see some improvements in 2 weeks!

Is the fit test structured like P90X where if you don't "pass minimum requirements" it's giving you basic workout(s) to attempt to bring you up to the Insane level? I'm half way thru P90X & have been teaching group fitness for a while, but just as you said in the making of Insanity, you thought you were fit before embarking upon it, only to be surprised. ???
did you combine p90x with insanity to boost your results? I'm on my recovery week on insanity and I'm debating whether to combine them together on month 2 or is that too much for the first round....i need help!
