This is just un pequeno vistaso of San Pedro, Oaxaca. Mexico. A pleasant pueblo just up the hill from Puerto Escondido. A colectivo taxi will take you up there for $12 pesos. ($10 in the covered trucks) A really nice place as a side-trip visit from Puerto. Lots of places to stroll around. Hike up the hill to El Cerito for a nice view under the shade of the ancient ( ) tree. Find yourself a swimming hole for a dip in the river. Check out the zocalo, the church, one of their restaurants. And now, as of about four months ago, someone can scoot you around in one of 18 new moto-taxis for $4 pesos per person per trip. If you like peaceful, friendly, quiet pueblitos you'll like this place. Que tengan un buen dia. over.
