@mrheadagainstwall this video talking about a member of a public complaining there a brunch of teen at the void deck so she go complain la then soon arrival of 2 policeman and woman and they of course approach the teen who act like gangsters of course did not arrest him but ask him for info so they knew that that 2 good looking guys who got drug in procession so police go to them and the 2 teen start to escape. this video is indeed talking abt fairness by not looking at what they look.

It is saying that the SPF Officers are fair because they don't judge by an individual's physical appearance (refer to the guy with tattoo) to suspect illegal activities. They instead approached the two decently dressed guys.
In fact, from what I know, they would take one's behaviour into account as well. Which explains why this TVC is categorized under Fairness.
