MW3 Problems/Lag/First Time Playing

Ok. So the first time i put the game in, i go straight to multiplayer. Then i notice the background moving slowly/lagging/being choppy. Not to mention it was slow -__- ...... So i thot "no biggie, the game will play fine!". WRONG. Already CoD is getting on my nerves. So i go into private match and this is what it looked like. Any diagnosis? (BTW, My internet is fine... i have verizon fios.... so yeah.)

I got some ideas but I might be wrong but you should still try theme if you installed the game delete the install and install it again I know it sounds retarded but you should try it I did that I my game was not choppy anymore and If that does not work either Just don't have the game installed and please don't tell me that u installed it into a flash drive that will be your problem if you did if all of these things did not work tell me and I will think of some more random ideas
