  • You forgot Priahna 2 :D

    Great documentry still

  • Thanks. Cameron doesn't put Piranha 2 on his resume` (for a number of reasons), so I always just assume that he's telling the truth when he says that his work was screwed up from on high.

  • Liberator:

    Thanks for the praise again!

I'm not totally sure what you mean, but I'll say that if you want stories where the government is great, you can find billions of 'em on your TV or in theaters, 24/7.

To be blunt: if you're looking for the idolatry of the government and military....Cameron's not your man. It's really that simple.

As far as "evolving", I think Cameron's inventions, artwork, movies, NASA work, etc., etc. show that, like, he's in a world above 99% of the population.

  • he grew up here in my lil town chippawa and went to my old highschool stamford

  • Thank you, I admired James Cameron since I first saw The Terminator. In my opinion, he is in a category of his own as a film maker and only a very few even come close. He's a genius, like the Einstein of film making. BTW, where's part 2 to this video?

  • He's unoriginal, not intellectually stimulating, is entitled yet angst-ridden, likes monsters/robots/aliens/cool guns, and is distrustful toward all authority-figures. Cameron isn't a genius; he's a fifteen-year old boy.

There in lies his secret. He knows his audience, other fifteen-year old boys.

  • Avatar is simply not a good movie, but James is still a legend in my opinion

    Coppla made Jack didn't he

There was a shot of a villain jumping down to the top of a Harrier jet from 'True Lies'. Then there was a still shot of the "HID Helmet" that James and Mike Cameron patented which basically provides a small monitor through an eyepiece to a Steadi-cam operator, which allows him to see what he's film AND also retain peripheral vision so he won't trip or bump into stuff. (At least I think that that's the purpose of the Hid helmet.

  • Okay CameronFanSite

What do you have to say about Avatar?

How does that film fit in context of these themes?

  • Great Job you are doing, Keep the good work... CAmeron is a genious.

  • James Cameron's Avatar really resonates with the teachings of Gautama Buddha. The true antagonist in his movies is ignorance.
