COCA COLA COBOT 1980 * RARE * -SOLD on eBay!

Some of you have question if the robot actually
works? As you can see it dose !

This toy is 30 years old and it still works like new !

Cobot is an amalgam of Coke and Robot and Cobots design is blatantly based on that of Ralph McQuarries design of the beloved chirping android R2-D2 from the Star Wars films.

For this design, R2-D2's body has been replaced with that of a Enjoy Coca-Cola soda can body with simulated wires running to back legs which are connected to 3 tiny Coca-Cola soda bottles on feet.

The late 1970s Coca-Cola catch phrase Have A Coke And A Smile is referenced by lit display with Smile text on Cobots head which lights up.

Domed head SPINS left or right as as robot moves and red light flashes and Cobot beeps loudly. Moves forward and in reverse and does reverse turn.

The original box has all it's flaps and looks great for being 30 years old !

A must-have for collectors of Coca-Cola or Star Wars. (I - $400 to $700 )
