I have lived in japan my whole life , I would know, hes is just trying to copy what ppl do in the states like 'Scatting', the rest is Japanese rap. Did you really think he was scatting? he was mumbling which I guess is insulting to people who scat, its just for fun, clearly, and he is Japanese, its not like he grew up with the language. There are a lot of mistakes in Japan, like signs saying, 'No Smorking' lol, just enjoy it, it's funny =)
