Let's Quickly Play Warning Forever!

Warning Forever is a freeware Japanese shoot 'em up / bullet hell / danmaku game. The latest release was made available for download in 2005.

Also, I was wrong when I mentioned that the game only has a time limit: There is an option (available in the subtly and cleverly titled Options screen) that allows you to play starting w/ 3 lives, gaining lives as you blow up stuff.
