So I say it at the beginning of the video, but this is just some stuff I've been playing around with, stretching while hooping. It feels pretty good! I sort of go into "coaching" mode, where it sounds like I know a lot more about what I'm talking about than I really do. ;)

These are neat ideas! I will give them a try tomorrow. and for thepaleyes, most people think they cannot. Then they learn one leeetle trick and the mystery goes away and it is a piece of cake. Easy. Easy for anyone. Try it again.

(I have fairies. Shhhh.) Yes, I rearranged a bit...I wanted that area clear for hooping!
