How to make a simple and healthy mass gain shake.

Nutritional estimate: 720 calories, 60g Complex Carbs, 45g protein. fat:16g(saturated:3g), 5g creatine monohydrate +omega 3,6,9 fatty acids.

feel free to adjust ingredients according to your goals.

  • @nightwritersmusic hahah. its called dedication my friend! lol well honestly i hate eating oatmeal, so i tend to always blend them up. to me it doesnt really taste too bad, but you can always tweak it however you want. just focussing on getting some extra calories in with this shake : )
