About Scholars for 9/11 Truth & Justice

Scholars for 9/11 Truth and Justice (Scholars) is a non-partisan organization consisting of independent researchers and activists engaged in uncovering the true nature of the September 11, 2001 attacks. Scholars emphasizes a scholarly and civil approach to inquiry. While researchers affiliated with universities comprise a portion of the group, membership is not limited to individuals with academic affiliations.

We welcome all who are interested in helping to achieve a full understanding of the events of that tragic day.

Scholars was founded in 2006 following a successful series of conferences and events examining the attack of September 11, 2001 using the scientific method and stressing the analysis based on large bodies of evidence -- particularly relating to the destruction of the World Trade Center.

Scholars and its website are currently governed by an ad hoc committee, which formed following a general consensus reached among the membership of the original Scholars for 9/11 Truth regarding governance, website content, and civility. In the near future, an election will be held to select a steering committee. Administrative positions will last for one year.

Who We Are

Scholars is a group of independent investigators working towards exposing the truth behind the 9/11/2001 attacks. Currently, our membership is comprised of more than 600 individuals, from around the world, including scientists, engineers, architects, psychologists, emergency workers, and educators.

Is Arnold a good or bad politician? I have seen some who are worse and some who are better. Should he be President? In my own opinion, no. But I cannot cast stones at someone for their past indiscretions. All I know for sure is that he is a naturalized citizen of the United States and that makes him unable to run for President. I do not think the amendment will pass so I see no sense in demeaning the man. I would hope that were he to run for any office, he would be judged on his abilities.

Arnold's father was a military policeman during the war and was mustered out in 1942 due to illness. He was never associated with any attrocities nor were there any blemishes on his record that can be found. Arnold, having been raised during that time, would have been emersed in the fervor and the climate of the time. Who could not, from an early age, be influenced by it in some way? The true measure of any man or woman is not what they have done but what they are doing now.

I am American, I love my country and I have served her proudly and with honor. I understand the point of these videos but I think that demonizing someone for the missteps of their past accomplishes nothing. Who is to say that any of us would not have joined such an organization were our roles reversed and were we not blessed to have been born in the United States. Who is to say what we might do to preserve ourselves and our family and give them a better life in times that are difficult.

Arnold's father was a police officer and from what I have been able to glean, he joined the party as did many others during that time. Did they all agree with Hitler? I doubt it. You were either part of the machine that made your nation run or you and your family suffered. I was not there and cannot know the mind of Gustav when he joined or why. None of us who question this were there so we cannot understand his reasoning but we can learn that he was never associated with any attrocities.

Okay, so the guy has character faults, who doesn't? The man enjoyed fame and fortune and what amounts to star status. How many others have we seen go by the wayside or better yet, clean up their acts and become people we could look at and admire for overcoming their faults and weaknesses and then doing right? The guy will never be President because the amendment will never go through. If it does, it wouldn't last long. I think we have real problems to deal with rather than this boogeyman.
