One time (I think back in February) I got so mad at someone that I falsely flagged at least twenty of his videos. Some of them had no views! None of his videos were removed, and now that I'm no longer mad, I have to say that I'll never falsely flag anyone ever again. If I get super mad, I'll just spam them crazy.
The WORST case on flagging is when an inappropriate video disables flagging (some people can actually disable the flag button).
