Oh my god, what a pity!!! So sad for this!!! I'm italian and I saw him the first time when he came to perform with the Taraf in Pesaro. He was the charismatic leader of the band. I remember him very well. He was great!!!

from min4:04....starts the magic...is the sound of the romanian hills and valleys...of the huge plaines in the autumn...of the wine in Dobrogea...of the pelicans in the Danube Delta....all that is Romania...and a true Romanian would admit that gypsies have always been our best popular artists in the dark past..some are terribly stoopid people,some are really great...but isn't that how it's all over the world?great music...
