This guy knows nothing about the character and its origins. Bagtman cme out in Detective 27 May 1939, the Black Bat appeared in the Jluly 1939 issue of Black Book Detetive, a pulp, not a comic book. He never appeared in the comics befoere Moonstone's the recetnly release graphic novel with the Phantom Detective and others.
He never had radar senses, his acute abilities of hearing, taste, touch and smell came about because of his initial blindness.The two charactes co-existed because of a deal
