There are effeminate male dancers out there, but Tarik is not one of them. He is one of the great performers of masculine Raqs Sharki (see also Tito and Jamil)
We love to watch him dance! Totally different style than women's style.This tune is great, too

@TRUTHTEACHER2007 Maybe those who have a problem with the tinsel want him to hang his dick out? I don't understand why people feel so threatened by anything that may be interpreted as blurring the gender lines. It's okay for women to butch it up, but if men are seen wearing anything only slightly suggestive of crossing over to the fem side, some folk just can't cope with that. There is a lot of insecurity out there you know.

He is quite talented as a dancer but he needs to butch it up so not to appear so effeminate with his moves.

Tarik I'm glad I found your videos on you tube. It's a shame that you have to defend against so much discrimination from some viewers. Were suppose to be in such a free country but it is yet still filled with so many negative people. Keep dancing, teaching and being a positive light that you are!
