I made this video back in May but i never uploaded it cos i didnt like it lol, but wanted to give you something to watch as i explain.. :(
So in a nut shell:
Charlys had his xrays and nerve blockings done
He has low grade arthritis in both hocks
They will be treated with steroid injections
He has too very sore fornt legs and a sore back resulting from..
A FRACTURED LEG :'( he fractured his right hock.
we dont know how he did it, it was at least 2 months ago, the xrays revealed.
He will be on box rest for 6 weeks, not even allowed in hand walks :( then a further 6 weeks paddock rest, and then depending if he comes sound he may be able to do only light work for the rest of his life :( I love this horse, and i have always said i loved him for who he is, not what he can do. and this proves it. This is why I don't jump anymore, my horse got very sore legs and a sore back from jumping, thank GOD he didn't have any long term issues from it!

I would seriously NOT work him, esp over jumps, if he has these issues. Never....

@AnywhereButHere09 if you had the description maybe you would have realised this video was made 5 months before he injured himself. He was NOT jumping with his injuries. Read before you leave stupid comments.
